So I’ve been following Cliff / Positech for a few years now and I’m always impressed by the quality of the games he manages to pull off on his own.
I’ve been tempted many times to buy GSB2 and BigPharma lately (especially after reading the blog, watching video dev logs, and the DRM-free policy) but there’s still one thing that pulls me off every time:
the lack of Linux support.
I know it’s a lot of work, and that he is a lone (talented and hard working) programmer, but I just wanted to put it out there.
Most games I just don’t want to buy anymore unless there are Linux binaries available for purchase, even though I do have a Windows partition laying around. Heck, even if the Linux build is more expensive, I’d still buy it!
Just wanted to show my support to Cliff and give a little nudge in that direction. No rush though!
Linux is the future! (hopefully)
