People who are new to strategy or games in general find it difficult to navigate it, and I have noticed people having difficulty balancing the budget and with the debt crisis.
Like my mom is in policy making for IFC, and she finds the idea for this game interesting, but it’s far too abstruse for her, with all the graphs, icons, menus, etc.
