I would like to alter the Manifesto Pledges. It seems unrealistic to pledge to abolish many of the taxes - reduction of tax seems more appropriate. Can I just simply open up the manifesto.csv in the data file and make the adjustents ? Also I would like to add a reduction in Petrol Tax - would this require removing one of the existing pedges ?

You can edit manifestos.csv to add new pledges - however, you will have to remove an existing one.
