I am using Windows 7 64bit here so it could just be this OS.
But…
I use a pen tablet as my main mouse so I have to run the game in windowed mode, I have a 1920x1080 screen but have to run it in 1600x1024 because the windows bar cuts off the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
When I maximize the window with the MAX button (the square between the - and X) the screen maximized just fine (although I think the pictures get stretched) but now all the button mappings are way off (hovering over Online highlights Options).
