Messages should be sorted by date sent.

I think the message list should be switched to show newest messages at the top. It’s kind of silly having to scroll down through a hundred conversations to try and find where the new one is.

At the very least give us a sort button so we can select whether to show them by date or by alphabetical order of who sent them.

That’s a neat idea: a sort button that would let us sort by newest, and oldest. Perhaps alphabetically by friend’s name, too–or even level (highest to lowest), since one strategy might be to respond (ie, suck up) to your most socially advanced acquaintances.
