Industrial espionage shows on the beginner scenarios research tree but is unreachable.
Looks like Tim forgot to suppress the displaying of it.
confirming that the GameData/scenarios.dat file does not have “research_industrial_espionage” in “disabledResearch” line entry for “Beginner” scenario.
(which is where I think things are “suppressed”). for V0.45.00 anyway.

Yes I noticed this yesterday, you are absolutely right. Luckily no major gameplay effects but I will defo get this fixed.
