Minor tweak to explanation of override files

The wording of the overrides table on this page could be better. In particular, using ‘target’ as a descriptor for ‘HostName’ when it is also in the name of one of the other values is a bit confusing. Maybe ‘subject’ would be better?

Thanks for the feedback. The overrides stuff could be handled better by the in-game mod editor tbh…
