Just had it happen while creating my first two recipes:
There were two products to name and I named the first, the other icon was stuck in position till named (did not move to the top left side).
Tried to reproduce and it worked like normal, but there seems to be some minor issue with this.
Can’t say if I renamed by clicking the icon or on the export.
