It has reduced functionality on mobiles. I can’t say for sure what exact features are missing, but I would just ask you to use the website on the mobile, and you will find that it’s not that ergonomic in my view.

Found one explicit example, cannot edit posts on mobile.

Cannot see the number of times a post has been viewed on mobile.

Additionally, backspacing is an unergonomic pain on mobile phones.

There is an issue with backspace and space on mobile, it doesn’t properly, especially when you’re posting a link. Same with enter to write and changing the cursor position to add or subtract text. Maybe this us an issue with discourse itself. Just thought that I’d let you know what I noticed.
