so i created this mod yesterday because i cant find my country and i want to play it. its in v.05 because i think there is something wrong with it(the crime is so high if played in 100% difficulty), so if anyone can fix it i will be grateful 
i did a lot of research about this and this is the result. i played it and i think it is close to reality, just set the difficulty to 50%.
