This Mod introduces a new situation: Rust Belt. Caused by International Trade, Unemployment, a strong currency and car tax. It can be alleviated by education, rail subsidies, rural development grants and technology grants.
The Rust Belt increases Poverty and Car Usage, and angers the unions.
