Renames most of the standard effects into… something different.
Notes on what was changed are in an excel file in the folder.
The gameplay is still vanilla BigPharma so it shouldn’t break saves.

There are some strings that you may want to check, particularly the text in the tutorial. It was a painstaking process for me to find all instances of all drug effects to update the text, so I know how easy it is to miss some.
Tutorial text refers to “painkillers” which don’t exist in your mod any more
