Is there anyway i can mod the economic cycle? Ive looked to find the textfile for it but no luck.
Do you mean the natural ups and downs? Are you taking about the amplitude of the cycle? The duration of the up and down turns? How do you want to mod it?

I thought the economic cycle was addressed in the game? During recessions, you’ll see a negative effect on your GDP because of “economic cycle”, and vice versa for boom periods.
