Hey, I was hoping someone could help me mod these two situations as they tend to be game breakers for me.
I’ve found the Apps/Democracy 3/ Contents/ Resources/Data/Simulation\Situations.csv file but the Cyclone and Water Storage situations are not located there.
I’ve tried opening the dlc2-mas.d3mod file in the mod folder with excel but it failed as well.
perhaps its impossible perhaps I’m just looking in the wrong place.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
