Muscle question

is it possible to raise your muscle to 100%? I can raise it to about 70% and then it seems like I lose more strength in a day than I gain. unless I weightlift every day, I lose points (making it VERY hard to raise iq, socialize, culturize, or take classes.)

not every muscle activity is the same, I can’t remember if the gym is more effective than weights in that regard, but it might be.
