I don’t think they are stationary, just very slow. I have one armor wall and everything is set to escort that. The armor wall does not have any formation or escort commands.
still man, speed of 0.1 is almost 0
I got the same comment from u last time when I had my detour corner in NEC 4
just replace the armour with an engine, it will make a difference.
I can’t replace an armor because the ship doesn’t have enough power (seriously). It’s actually not TOO slow (0.05 speed).
Btw, my comment was about stationary fleets, not slow fleets. I don’t mind slow fleets, but ships should at least be able to reach the opposing fleet.
Well I posted a swarm frigate spam that beats 5-10, in case anyone was curious.

NEC 5-11 is up (finally!), Empire Skirmishers. Skips 5-4 and 5-8. Both losses are pretty close, and a better player than me could probably tweak the fleet into a sweeper. But considering all I’ve done this week has been work, sleep and play GSB I can’t really justify spending any more time on this fleet!
Try it out against your mid-speed frigates zGeneral 
EDIT: If I move everything down a couple of boxes it beats 5-4. Does that count?
5-12 up. Alliance anti-rush. Skips 5-8 and 5-3. 5-3 split up my fleet and I didn’t want to fix that and retest against everything again ;o
Aaaand…5-13 posted. Federation Light Cavalry. Beats everything although 5-9 can beat it depending on whose fighters get released first.
I’m so in love with fast cruisers and pulse fighters right now.

5-15 is up. Nomad Rakhir Class Cruisers.
Skips 5-5 and 5-13, and only beats 5-14 by the narrowest of margins (those fighters are scary!).
5-16 posted. Basically, the swarm frigate spam I posted on the side earlier… I gave up futzing around with Empire, couldn’t make it work.
This one is a sweeper, so hopefully it gives you a bit more challenge
Haha…like 8 and 14 aren’t horrendously challenging enough? I’ve played that Swarm challenge a few times too, it’s a killer…
There are some great fleets in this NEC. Hopefully zGeneral and Follick will get some new ones up soon, I guess they’ve each had a few days off GSB.
NEC 5-17 up. Alliance Plasma, yeah I am really cashing that fleet in.
Skipped 13, and while I luck out and beat 2 with 4%, let’s just count as though i skipped that too.

Well, personally I got sick of trying to create an Order rush that could beat everything so far 
Think I’ll be too busy with the campaign for a while to get back into this, but who knows? I only have three races left to post…

Just put in a Parasite fleet that cruised through every challenge accept for SAC-8 - a federation uber-plasma loaded fleet.
It’s just a spam of a single cruiser type in a a fairly neutral formation designed to take flanking fleets or fleets head on. Parasites really kill any attempt of using fighters. And missile spam can backfire…

I don’t think that ever was posted as an official forum challenge/tournament. If we want someone controlling that perhaps Finebone who had had originally posted it.
I have the last publicly posted 4400 challenge though I am still getting plenty of retaliations.
