Mod issue:

I made this mod. For steam users, that dont have the dlcs it works fine
But for people with the dlc’s it crashed. I cant find the cause of the trouble, it may be a minor detail but i cant seem to see it!
Can anyone find the mistake? Or give me a link of the solution?
