how do i “complete”/ “win” the game ? like hit certain objectives and end the game ?

It’s a matter of time. I think it’s 10 years before the game “ends” and you get a rating on your fame and money.
You can keep playing after that 10 years is up, if you truly want the never ending game and go into the Rolling Stones territory of playing concerts for a bazillion years.
