This nation is set in 2015, where western Canada has broken away from the rest of Canada and formed it’s own country, with two political parties, the New Caledonian NDP and the New Caledonian alliance. Cannabis is legalized and the nation is thoroughly anti-monarchist. It is technologically advanced but lacks an industrial core and has a wasteful economy, and gang crime is quite high.
