I would like to know how a country is added? I have in mind Venezuela because the complex situation! It would be really interesting to see how the people can solve their problems. Most of the people say that the solution is going back to capitalism but I am not sure about that. Venezuela is not Communism and they have the biggest oil reserve in the world.

Hi, if you want to post your mod in public, you must have the original game. But if you have, you entre in the game and then in the taksbar you have a logo with two people and two things for the machines but under that you have mods and you click on. And you have Mods Browser, Steam Workshop, Create Mod and Update your Mod.
You click on Create Mod, and you put all your info down and then submit mod.
