I just added a new policy -> Smoking law, which allows you to set the minimum age that people can buy tobacco, ranging from 14 (yikes) to 21.
Apparently most countries are 18, Uk used to be 16, Canada is 19 and Japan is 21.
Click the update button on the ‘online’ screen to have it automatically installed.
Just thought of another two options : no limits (possibly represented by being able to cancel it?) and illegal.
Yes I’d thought about this, but they seemed a bit extreme to me. I guess no limits is going to badly push up the number of smoking, and outlawing it would lead to a severe black market. Ideally individual smokers addiction levels could be totalled up to put pressure on the black market…
