Sorry for my bad english in advance.
I dont know what happened and I dont know if the game is supposed to act like this, but I only get new ministers if I uninstall/install the game. I read somewhere that they are random and everytime you start a new game, you are supposed to get new ministers. Is this true? Isnt working for me.
Everytime I start a new game, I get the same faces and same sympathies. Only the names change, when I pick a different country. Is this a bug? Any ideas how to fix this?
