i bought the new nomad expansion and downloaded it just fine. I installed it correctly and immediately after installation finished up it gave me an error stating that "This Program cannot startup because I’m missing fmodex.dll from my computer. I have the original game so i didn’t just get the exp pack all willy nilly. Also i purchased the game through Steam; i noticed one of the other posts about directions for files but I’m still confused on how to do it manually if it needs to be done that way. Any solutions please? 
Are you patched up to date ?
that definitely means it got installed in the wrong palce.
Just re-run the installer, and when it asks where to put it, you need to correct it so it definitely reads the exact right place before clicking next.
