occasional crashing

I randomly get a crash with the following reason:

im using the most recent version (1.03) and played as germany so far.

also I experience freezing (or at least a very long lag while unlocking an achievement)

I suspect this is that weird bug I’m investigating right now. If you copy all the files from \democracy 3\data\shaders to the Democracy 3 folder, it should go away for now…
