I am having a problem with online challenges not connecting. I enabled in-out for GSB in my firewall and set the ports to open. The challenges showed up a few times and I played a couple of them and even uploaded one. However, the past few times I click on challenges, the screen shows up blank and doesn’t respond to checking any of the boxes at the bottom. Just a blank screen. Sometimes it will show up but most of the times it is blank. Is this an issue of the server going down, or is it my internet provider?
I am not aware of any server downtime. If it happens again check you can surf web pages at the same time that you cant get the challenges. They should always respond.
