A nice Option would be a switch in the Build dialog enabling “Maximum Upgraded Buildings”.
Right now its a little hard to calculate Times when there a some Upgrades that lower them.
Example Export 4mins, if you research the two upgrades it takes 2,5mins. this would be good to be told when building, or even better spare you the work of upgrading every single new building
