I had a centrally located stock pile of 15 windows right next to the resource importer. The fit body kept waiting for the resource to get routed from the central stock pile. So I built a stock pile right next to fit body, and set the central stock pile windows quantity to 0.
There are always 15 windows in central stock pile, and they will not drain. Windows are being brought in from the resource importer.
