[Outdated][Bug 1.13] changing game speed when saving

When you save the game (not autosave) and use Space, 1, 2 or 3 for the savegame name the gamespeed will change even if the game should be paused.

How to reproduce:

  1. Create a new game or load a savegame
  2. Hit the [Floppy]-button at top left (game will pause the simulation)
  3. Hit one of the gamespeed-hotkeys (no matter if the cursor is blinking in ‘Filename:’-field or not)

It is also possible to select any slots, place slots/Conveyors/Resource Conveyors, change the actual research project, change the gamespeed via the buttons, … while the ‘Save Game’ window is open.

It looks like all data is gathered when hitting the save button. So that this should not have any influence to the savegame itself.
Maybe it would be better to darken the regular gui and prevent any interaction (like when a research project has been completed).

Btw.: The [X]-button is missing at the ‘Save Game’ window so there is no chance to cancel the save process by using the mouse.
