I had the game loaded, paused and in the background while I was filing a bug report. Once I was done I went back to the game just to quit but it was unresponsive. I was still playing music and sometimes clicks would make the sounds but I could not unpause and no dialogs showed up. I checked Task Manager and it was only using about 400MB and 0% CPU.
