[Outdated][Bug 1.42] minor ux - flashing new seems incorrect

I just noticed that I have a flashing NEW indicator on “Facilities” in the slot menu, but when I click to expand the facilities slot sub menu I dont see that any specific item is new, and the NEW next to “facilities” disappears. It comes back when I collapse the facilities slots. Expanding out all the facilities slots does not show a new item either.

Oh dear. I do plan to revisit the code for that ‘new’ thing, because it doesn’t nest enough levels deep either…
