I’m fiddling around working on a mod for Democracy 2, currently working on the VoterTypes.csv document.
Can anybody tell me what “Overriden Joins” means? I think I may need it for my plans, but I’m not sure how to get it to work…
(I want everybody to be in one - and only one - of eight groups. I want everybody to also be in one - and again only one - of a separate set of nine groups…)
Aha, those are special groups (only in democracy 2) where you cant control people joining or leaving in the normal way. This is just for the income groups. people actually join these based on their effective income (their income modified by policies affecting it), rather than the _freq stuff.
