If you fund the Maternity Leave policy to the max, it says it’s “Full + Paternity Leave”. But there is an event that will ask you to institute paternity leave or keep it at only maternity leave. This seems kind of silly.
I’ve even recieved that event after cancelling the maternity leave policy, some additional checks are probably needed.
