Password has been blocked?

Hey, i really loved this game and i play it on my PC a lot, today i tried installing it on my laptop as well and when i tried to download it i got a message telling me that my password was blocked, i’m not sure why this is and if anybody can shed some light on the situation id be grateful ^^

side note: i did try to download it using the TOR browser because the network i’m currently using blocks downloads, could that be it?

It probably is it. If you email me at cliff AT positech dot co dot uk, I can get the password unblocked for you. You just need to tell me the email address and name used when you originally placed an order for the game.
