I need help on this I read the book on people skills and don’t know how to get this skill up any further. Can anyone help me with this?

some jobs do it. I think bartender does, and the IT helpdesk. Also, organising good social events with >4 people and everyone goes home happy does it as I recall.

Thanks for the quick response. That kind of stinks because I am a chef and making $90,000. I don’t want to beccome a bartender and make nothing. So how many dinner parties will I need to have? I need 65% People Skills to get the best chef job.

ooh I’m not sure. Try and get together as many good friends as you can, and see how it goes. This is why so many restaurants fail you see…chefs without enough people skills :smiley:.
