Right now the game is on sale on steam, with the base game being $6.24 and the collector’s edition (all DLC too) being $7.49. This means if someone bought the base game new, it’d cost them $1.25 extra to get all the DLC. However I already own the game and was looking to buy the DLCs for the game when it went on sale. However the DLCs are all still full priced, meaning I’d have to pay $15 to get them all, over twice what someone would have to pay at the moment to purchase both the base game and all DLCs as a bundle.
