policies.csv: failed to find BorderControls for PeopleSmug

Hello

I’m trying to correct some spelling mistakes in the French version of the game.

I open the policies.csv file with Excel and modify some text. After saving it, I open the game… but the game crashes and a window appears stating : failed to find BorderControls for PeopleSmuggling,:src\SIM_Neuron.cpp 348

What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help?

Also, when I edit the file with notepad, all my accentuated caracters (ie: é, à, etc.) disappear… even the ones that are already in the French version (that I didn’t modify).

I still have the failed to find BorderControls for PeopleSmuggling,:src\SIM_Neuron.cpp 348 issue.
