yeah what is it what does it used for?
sometimes i make investments with zero popularity.

When the election comes if your popularity is under 50% you lose the election and therefore the game.

no no i know that part im asking when you are selecting policy there is info ‘popularity with voters’ its sometimes 0 sometimes more than 80
