  • When maxed, Free Parenting Classes increases Population by 13%. That seems really high; Immigration, Child Benefit, and Childcare Provision all only boost it by 10% when maxed.

  • Currently, Family Planning has no effect on Population. Shouldn’t this decrease it, at least a little bit?
