I have a very simple setup right now, trying to build up a bit of bank to start retooling parts of the factory and just researched predictive stock control.
And it’s destroyed my efficiency badly.

I had this issue the other day too. From my understanding it should reduce this issue of wait times but it just seemed to increase the wait time for parts. Completely ruined my efficiency.
Yes, I’ve also experienced this too. Though to overcome this, I have stockpiles of things next to each production unit.
