I am probably reading this wrong but on disposable income I have noticed that everyone seems to be paying for private education, but I have banned private schools.
How can this be?
Is there illegal tutoring going on or am I being clueless how this actually works?
Private healthcare and education will drain income even if its at bottom (0)
This is why banning private education and healthcare doesn’t work.
@cliffski should readjust those two policies, so private healthcare and education are scaled by ban policy - maybe linearly or quadratically.
If its maximum, then private healthcare/education effects would be exactly 0.

I just feel sorry for my families still paying out for private education when it doesn’t exist. HAHHAHA
