Anyone can mod me the possibility to be the Prime Minister of Quebec and fight for the independance of it.

It would be possible to mod an independant Quebec with a few policies representing ties with Canada and/or Great Britain that could be slowly suppressed. I don’t think it could go any further than that.
A sort of mod where you play as the Premier of a province would be great. As well as federal taxes which you can’t control you can also set provincial taxes for example.
