I just for the life of me can’t figure out how these work. 
I know that they stack VERY badly - more than one seems gives you very little more of an effect than having just the one, but I don’t know how they affect targetting - my theory that they increase tracking speed doesn’t seem to hold water.
For reference - 1 booster = 100%, 2 boosters = 60%, 3 = 36, 4 = 21.6% (negative?!) … 10 = 1.01% effective.
More than two gives you LESS!
