I nationalized the rail industry and put the slider funding to the max to make rail usage higher to reduce car usage. In the end, rail usage has gone to zero and I’m still paying 14 billion a turn. Is this intended or is this a bug? I know there inefficiencies and scandals when the government takes over an industry, but it seems they ripped all the railroad tracks in the UK out and embezzled the money to make more cars and busses.
Same for power and water no effect, this has to be a bug.
