Reenable direct placement of machines on outlet

So it would be nice to be able to directly place machines on the output (Import port), so I don’t have to place a belt in between (which sucks). This was working pre v0.41.00. Also directly placing machines after each other worked fine in previous versions.

Also it would be nice to directly pipe out to outlets to export medicine. Currently you also need a piece of belt here.
