I just added a new floating notice that informs the player when resources are refunded from a stockpile if seemingly not needed any more.
I am curious about the implications of this. Will the player then be refunded or is the inventory item simply removed?
Yes, you get your money back. its been working this way for ages, there just has not been a clear visual indication to the player as to why some resources disappeared.
