Does placing more research offices on the map actually decrease the research time?
I’m playing with a hefty bank balance so not worried about the costs. Just want to unlock the whole research tree quicker to try out more advanced lines.

Take a look at the upper right corner of the research screen.
There you will find the information how many research offices you have build and how much research points they will generate each game tick.
Building more research offices will boost your research speed.
