I’ve been looking at the research tree and I think more items need to be dependent on each other.
Currently (for example) you need cruise control before you can get adaptive cruise control (on that note adaptive is spelt incorrectly in the game, as is panoramic), which makes sense. I think however that if you were buying a car with something like adaptive cruise control you’d expect it to have things like central locking and electric windows. Similarly you wouldn’t have keyless entry without central locking, and you wouldn’t have voice recognition without one of in car music / sat nav / bluetooth phone support (otherwise you wouldn’t have anything to voice control!).
I expect the research tree will get expanded in the future so it’s unlikely to be worth bothering with this immediately, but just something I thought I’d mention.
