Something about the latest update has made my cabinet ministers far more inclined to quit than before. I’m pretty much cycling the entire cabinet every term now, even when their two voter groups are at least yellow.
2nd point about the update: Retirement age is too powerful, and takes effect to quickly. I raised it from 65 to 70 and the impact on productivity was too strong and immediate. In this case it should take 5 years to take effect, unless people between the ages of 65 and 70 have been retroactively drafted back into the work force.
