I am running the second take on the Grand Challenge Quest, but I am having trouble figuring out how Thanshin was able to test fleets. Is there some way to download someones fleet and then use it in your own game?

I have spent about an hour and a half looking for a way to do this. Thanshin had a way to do it so it must exist. Does anyone have any ideas? I found the challenge files but they are not in the same format as the deployment files… >_<
