Is there a possibility to edit some values ingame and/or cheats?
The idea is to play kinda modded scenarios without modding.
i.e.: I start with a mission, but eliminate/add several policies, adjust tax-rates etc. in the first month without being restricted by capitalpoints or have spended several months.
